The "Villa" is the main building on Tenuta di Petrolo, built by the architect Massimiliano Soldani as his own residence, between 1700 and 1750. The "Villa" has a vast private garden of over 1 hectare, a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool and a tennis court surrounded by spectacular cypresses, for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. The interior decoration, in which every detail has been paid attention to, consists mostly of antique furniture, with both antique and modern paintings.
The "Villa" includes:
Ground floor - Entrance, large kitchen with fireplace, two dining rooms with fireplaces, a large double living-room with television and a fireplace, a smaller living-room with television, a large billiard-room, a bedroom with twin beds with private bathroom.
First floor - Vast hall with Murano crystal chandelier, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom en-suite and a balcony, 1 twin bedroom with bath en-suite, 2 doubles each one with bathroom en-suite, 1 twin with private bathroom, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 double and 1 single bedroom sharing 1 bathroom.

Second floor, apartment "A" - Separate sitting area , 1 bedroom with three beds, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 large bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower.
Second floor, apartment "B" - Separate entrance (former staff apartment with plain interior decoration). 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
Amenities:
4 hours daily for 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) cleaning services included. Once at the "Villa", it is possible to ask for the preparation of some evening meals of excellent quality. "Villa Petrolo" is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, burglar alarm and independent heating system.
