The Tower's foundation dates back to the Etruscan and Romans and the Estate's best wines are named "Torrione" (big tower) and "Galatrona".The "Villa" overlooks the ancient Romanesque Pieve (parish church), which houses works by Giovanni della Robbia. All these places are within short walking distance from the main "Villa".
Moreover, available for the guests, are three small private lakes in which it is possible to go fishing. On request it is possible to visit the wine-cellars and the traditional olive-mill and to taste and purchase the estate's products.

Villa Costa (4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 8 people)
The farmhouse is on the hill, just below the Tower of Galatrona, symbol of the whole property. It is completely surrounded by chestnut trees and from the house there is a sweeping view of the valley.
The house includes:
First floor - Entrance through a loggia, living room with an internal staircase leading to the kitchen, 1 room with double bed with bathroom with bathtub, 1 room with twin bed with bathroom with shower, 1 room with twin bed with bathroom with bathtub.
Ground floor - kitchen/living room with TV. and access to the garden, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher and independent heating.
The house has a private 5 m. x 10 m. (15 ft x 30 ft) swimming pool.
