near San Donato (Barberino
Val D'Elsa) in the
Chianti. In a
word, it's a magical
place, and so it is
now one of those
rare properties that
reach the top of our
our recommended
list. The
estate is
immaculate, the
individual cottages,
suites (and B&B rooms)
done with just the
right touch and
prices are
realistic. What more
can a traveler to
Tuscany want?
