Lella's Cooking School

Lella Cesari Ciampoli's Cookery School, which can accommodate from 2 to 50 people, was founded in the beautiful town of Siena fourteen years ago and it is still the first and only cookery school to be found there. Culinary professionals connoisseurs of good food Italian and foreign students from all over the word come to learn the art of cooking from Lella who has adapted and refined traditional recipes that can be traced back to Medieval times drawing on a lifetime's experience and professionalism.

Tuscan Cooking - 4 hours - basic cooking
During these lessons we prepare a typical Tuscan menu from the appetizer to dessert, including a fresh, handmade pasta dish.  We can add you to an existing group if one is offered on the day you are in Siena, or arrange private lessons for from 1 to 50 people.

Full day courses - by arrangement
These courses can be arranged for half day and full day lessons:

Lessons last roughly four hours but it is also possible it have lessons lasting a whole day.  Each lesson is followed by a hearty meal where clients dine on everything that they have prepared during the lesson.  Certificates of Attendance can be provided if they are requested beforehand. The school offers the services of simultaneous interpreters in English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Russian.
