The B&B Casa Bellavista, located close to historic Cortona, and within an easy drive to many other Tuscan and Umbrian cities, and Lake Trasimeno, is a wonderful place to stay even if you do not enrol in one of Simonetta's Tuscan cooking classes.
But...these cooking classes are a lot of fun and a great way to learn the basic techniques of Tuscan cooking and the preparation of a wide variety of meals that you can make at home.
