Ischia with its magnificent flora, is known one of the prettiest islands in the Mediterranean and is known as the "Green Island". A day trip here is an unforgettable experience and this tour offers great value. Ischia islike a floating greenhouse of sorts covered with flowers, vineyards and palm trees. This volcanic island is dominated by Mount Epomeo. The tour of Ischia starts a the port of Sorrento with a 50 minutes jetfoil crossing of the Bay of Naples to the island. We visit numerous bays and small towns around the island, before breaking at around 12:30 PM at the Sant'Angelo tower, where we break for free time with possibility of remaining on the beach below the castle. From here, it is your choice to the famous thermal springs which Ischia is famous for, where there is a restaurant, sauna and various warm swimming pools, or going to the famous Mortella gardens, situated in the San Francesco district, run by Susanna Walton, the widow of the English composer, William Walton, who came to live on Ischia in 1949.
