Surrounded by olive groves and lemon trees heavy with perfume, with enchanting views of the sea, this quiet and tranquil spot is the ideal place to enjoy a delightful stay in the heart of the Amalfi Coast.

This B&B is located on the outskirts of Positano, but offers free parking, which makes it an advantage for many people, as parking in Positano is very expensive. It also offers private beach access, though there are many stairs to climb, the old paths of Positano, which cut deap into the rugged cliffs, are truly something to behold.   

The rooms at La Maliosa, have all recently been redone and many rooms open right out onto the garden, where Felix, the owner has just completed a jacuzzi.

Breakfast is served near the bar under the bougainvillea pergola.  Your hosts will be pleased to  offer you the style of breakfast you desire.  The bar is open all day to provide a corner where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the marvelous views.  A path leads from the B&B to the beach below, where you can happily spend the day by the sea.

The Maliosa D'Arienzo beach establishment offers deck chairs  and umbrellas, or there is a free beach.  A shuttle boat connects the beach with the quay at Positano.

The hosts, Felix and his wife, are happy to assist you in renting a scooter, arranging car or boat transfers  and in suggesting an array of itineraries to places along the Amalfi Coast.

The only disadvantage to some travellers in staying here are the stairs... but when on the Amalfi coast, there is little you can do to avoid them.  This is a cute, beautifully done little abode, that most travellers stop in and don't want to leave.
