With wonderful country views this attractive stone building boasts an enormous amount of land, a wood with paths created through it and a lake for fishing. The family who own it are devoted to their property and their guests are warmly hosted. The owners run a small restaurant nearby where both the food and prices are excellent.

Seven apartments have been tastefully furnished and either have a private furnished terrace or furnished garden space. The 15 x 7 meter swimming pool, has a shower and toilet, and shares the good views. There is a tennis court, table tennis, mountain bikes and a laundry room; these facilities being payable locally. All the apartments have television. The pretty village of Trestina is nearby, with shops for all needs and Citta’ di Castello is 15kms away. Vecchia Casa is a good starting point for trips to Umbertide, Orvieto, Todi, Spello and also to Siena in Tuscany.
