The Casa Satinori is located in the centre of Umbria, near Montefalco. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in natural surroundings, easy reach of the historic towns of Spoleto, Assisi, Todi, Spello, Perugia, Orvieto and Gubbio.

The Casale has been recently restored and forms part of one of the most important wine estates in the area. The property has vineyards for the production of the famous Sagrantino, di Montefalco and Grechetto wines, as well as olives trees for quality extra virgin olive oil.

There is also a wood with age-old oak trees and magnificent views of the Monti Martani. A large garden with swimming pool, traditional wood oven and a children’s playground complete the facilities at guests’ disposal. 

The 7 apartments sleep between 4 and 7 people. Each is fully furnished, with its own kitchen, autonomous heating, fireplace and colour TV.  Bed linen and towels are also provided.

• Pioppo - Second floor. Sleeps 6. Sitting room with fireplace and double sofa-bed. Kichen. 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin). Bathroom.

• Leccio - Ground floor. Sleeps 6. Sitting room with fireplace and double sofa-bed. Kichen. 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin). Bathroom.

• Noce - First floor. Sleeps 5. Sitting room with kitchenette. 2 bedrooms (one double and a triple). Bathroom.

• Lauro - Ground floor. Sleeps four. Double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The living room has a fireplace and two patio doors that face east across the gardens. There is a double entrance. 

• Fico - Ground floor. Double bedroom. Bathroom.
