La Casa Colonica is situated in “Vernazzano” a small village not far from the highway that travels between Perugia and Siena. Some of these most important art and culture cities of Tuscany and Umbria like Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Cortona and many other smaller cities, rich of history and culture, are an easy drive away.This restored farmhouse, surrounded by vine and ancient old olive yards, is an ideal and healthy place, in the middle of nature, for a lovely holiday! The apartments are simple but furnished with all comfort. In total 8 apartments, each with his own entrance, terrace or garden.
The farmhouse has been completely restored, maintaining the original architectural structures and is made up of:
Particular care has been taken in the restoration. Terracotta floor tiles and wooden beamed ceilings help to achieve a warm atmosphere. The apartments are very well furnished in country style with furnishings which reflect another age. Every residence has its own independent entrance and central heating, a lounge, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
The swimming pools
In the garden there are two swimming pools for the guests' use, one for adults 14 X 6mt., and a round pool for children up to four years old. There is also a footpath from the garden which leads through the green Umbrian hill.
