Apartments Gelso, Magnolia and Geranio:
The Fantoni family has created three self-catering apartments in their beach-side home in Tirrenia (near Pisa and Livorno). The apartments are 50 meters far from the access to the beach throughout a young pinewood that is part of the Regional Migliarino-San-Rossore-Massaciuccoli Park that encompasses a special ecosystem including the coastal dunes of Tirrenia between the beach and the shore main road.
There is a free access beach, or you can rent a cabana and beach umbrella at the Fantoni's lido, the Bagno Laura.
The apartments, Gelso and Magnolia, which share a common entrance, can accommodate up to 4 people, are on the ground floor and each has access to the private garden divided into two private areas, featuring lawns, pine trees and magnolia bushes and mulberry shrubs. Each unit has one bedroom with double bed, living room with two additional sleeping places, kitchen, bathroom with bath-tub and shower. There is private parking.
The Geranio apartment features a large picture window facing into the garden and a small balcony off the master bedroom. It is well furnished and has one double bed bedroom, living room with two additional sleeping places and fire place, kitchen, bathroom with shower. An outdoor veranda is attached to the living room, faced to the main garden and surrounded with a laurel hedge.
The Fantoni's also own and operate a wonderful B&B in Florence, Villa La Sosta.

Bagno Laura, with its nice atmosphere and wide open spaces, is the perfect place for everybody.
The beach is structured with lines of beach umbrellas distant 7 meters each other, and awnings with deck-chairs and beds for sunbathing on request.
Water’s edge showers and, next to the changing rooms, several indoor hot showers.
All the changing rooms - 2,60 sqm. wide, have clothes-peg, bench, mirror and some are also provided with hot showers.
A locker-room is available for those who do not rent a private changing room.
