La Piccionaia is a sensational residence in
the heart of Cortona, in Piazza della
Repubblica, where everything was made so as
to create a unique atmosphere, where each
detail is extremely elegant and is in

people; a big living room with a fireplace
and windows overlooking the square, a

"Il Nido" reveals the same high quality of
La Piccionaia, and is at the same time
refined and simple. The only difference is
not in the location, as both of them are in
the same building, but the size. The suite
Il Nido can accommodate two people as it has
only one but large bedroom. The living room,
with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, is
an example of how to make good use of a very
little space. If necessary the sofa becomes
a divan bed to accommodate two more people
who will be able to use a small bathroom
near the living room. |

The unique apartment “I TERRAZZINI”, the
latest addition to our accommodations, is
located in the heart of Cortona and
overlooks the Piazza della Repubblica. Once
again a truly exclusive atmosphere was
created through different shades of white to
provide an ambiance that is completely
original. “I TERRAZZINI” may comfortably
accommodate two people. The suite
consists of a large living/dining room
featuring a comfortable sofa, open fireplace
and two small balconies; the sleeping area
features a large double bedroom and a
spacious bathroom with a full sized shower.
The sofa may, if necessary, double up as an
extra double-bed. All rooms feature
air-conditioning; satellite TV. |
