Tenuta I Laghi is on the same large private farm estate as Villa I Gelsi. It is a substantial single-floor farmhouse that has been divided into two separate apartments: Casa La Vigna and Casa L’Ulivo. They are attached to each other, and can be rented separately, or together, for larger parties. The swimming pool is shared between the two apartments. The great thing about this property however is the feeling of complete freedom - no need for a confining garden here, no restraining walls or fences - the gravelled area around the houses just merges into the surrounding fields and rolling hillsides. A freedom to roam, under a huge blue sky, in isolated splendour. Standing on a spur, 5 kilometres away, is Citta Sant. Angelo which, apart from providing essential shops, banks and chemists, is also excellent for evening walks along the Corso Vittorio Emanuele to view its fine medieval houses, quaint courtyards and excellent collegiate church. Less cultural, twenty minutes away, is the safe sea swimming at Montesilvano Marina.

Location
Inside Tenuta I Laghi, the division of the farmhouse has meant total refurbishment, inside and out, and all fixtures and fittings are brand new. Solid and thick-walled, with classic small brick buttresses, the apartments are cool and located on a quiet estate road.

Layout
Main entrance into large, high beamed, sitting/dining room and kitchen area with sink unit, gas hob, small electric oven and fridge. Left to two double/twin bedded rooms each with en suite shower room, WC etc. With external access only, are two more double/twin bedded rooms, each with en suite shower room, WC etc. There is a laundry room for the use of both apartments.
