This is an 18th century
stone farmhouse converted
into four apartments, three
to rent, and the fourth used
by the owner’s daughter.
Situated in a very panoramic
peaceful position it is
surrounded by typically
Mediterranean fruit and
olive trees, all overlooking
breathtaking views over the
Gulf of Salerno and its
islands. Guests may use the
above-ground swimming pool
in the nearby agriturismo,
complete with naturally
shaded relaxation areas, a
short walk below the main
house. Being 9 kilometers
from the coast, this pool is
especially welcome. Each
apartment has been designed
to be as individual and
private as possible.
Location
Sant’Agata is 21/2
kilometers distant and there
are shops for every
immediate requirement and
some nice restaurants. We
are in a good central
situation for visiting
Naples, Vesuvius and Pompeii
as well as the coastal towns
of Amalfi, Positano and the
islands of Capri and Ischia.
The nearby town of Benevento
has had its Roman
amphitheatre restored and,
during summer, is the venue
for a series of concerts and
recitals. Ample parking.

steps from the parking area.

with 2 ring hob, sink and
