The apartment, which consists of a large living room with completely furnished kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished private terrace, is located in a lovely villa inside a private complex with automatic gate, and private parking lot. The villa, surrounded by the green, has a private beach that can be reached through a private pathway about 50 meters long. Over the beach the apartment has a correspondent sun umbrella with two sun beds.
The golden sandy beach, the sea, that every year gets the “Blue Flag” award of the European Union, has calm, clear, warm and shallow water, ideal for children too. The villa is at a walking distance from the nice villages of Santa Maria and San Marco, where you can find a lot a typical restaurants bars and shops, and both the villages can be reached with a short walk on the waterfront.
The villa is also a perfect starting point for a visit to the ancient ruins of Pompei, Ercolano, Velia and Paestum and the world famous Capri and Amalfi.

Santa Maria di Castellabate is situated on the unspoilt Cilento coast in a National Parkland reserve 50km south of Salerno and the Amalfi coast. It is ideally situated for those wishing to enjoy a holiday in a coastal region and also have access to places of historic and cultural interest.
The medieval village of Castellabate dominates the hillside above Santa Maria and is a UNESCO heritage site reached in a 10 minute drive whilst the neighbouring fishing village of San Marco can be reached in a short drive or walk along the beach. Day excursions offer the opportunity to visits the unspoilt coastline further south to Palinuro or north towards the Amalfi coast.
