Parco Bouganville offers
three different types of
apartments: the 2
people, the 4 people and
the 6 people apartment.
The 2 people apartment
can sleep 2/3 people, is
about 40 m2 and includes
a living room with
kitchenette and a
sofa/bed, one bedroom
and a bathroom. The 4
people apartment can
sleep 4 people, is about
60 m2 and includes a
living room with
kitchenette, two
bedrooms and a bathroom.
The 6 people
apartment can sleep
6 people, is about
70 m2 and includes a
large living room
with kitchen, two
bedrooms and a
bathroom. An
additional bed may
be added in the 4
and 6 people
apartments. For the
additional person
there is a 10%
surcharge.
The apartments are
newly built,
tastefully furnished
and each has a large
private terrace with
splendid sea view
that covers 180
degree from Punta
Licosa to Punta
Tresino, the two
capes that enclose
the bay of
Castellabate. Each
terrace is complete
with umbrella,
table, and lounge
chairs to look at
beautiful sunsets
with the shape of
Capri in the
distance!
Apartments in the
Parco Bouganville
are rented on a
weekly basis with
change-over on
Saturday. During low
and mid-season we
have some
flexibility to
modify the
change-over day,
please e-mail for
confirmation, Rooms
are ready for
check-in at 4 P.M.;
checkout is at 10
A.M.
The rent includes
water, electricity,
and gas. There is a
charge of 45 Euros
for cleaning the
apartment after
checkout. You may
request linens and
towels, with weekly
change, at a cost of
10 Euros per person
per week.
