Location
Hotel is located in the heart of Venice, overlooking the St. Mark's basin, the beautiful Island of San Giorgio and the stunning Salute Church. Next door there is the Pieta' Church where the famous Italian musician Vivaldi used to play and where his music is still being played in concerts.

Rooms are quite large in size and furnished in rich Venetian style with maquette and fabrics of warm colours and precious texture. Restaurant
There is a small but well arranged breakfast room with marbled floors and walls painted in pastel colours. Much attention to detail is paid in the way the breakfast tables and the buffet is presented. There is also a bar with a few tables located in the hotel apartment building located just on the other side of the inner courtyard, and a roof terrace that offers breathtaking views of the St. Mark's Basin.

Exterior
This is a traditional Venetian building in keeping with the surroundings. On the top floor there is a panoramic terrace overlooking the San Mark's basin.

Lobby
This is an excellent property, small and cozy, in a very central position and prestigious location. The quality of the service and of the facilities offered is of a superior standard. Strongly recommended. Recently the management added a small apartment building, in the same style and with the same characteristics of the rest of the hotel, with a bar and a meeting room, just on the other side of the hotel courtyard.
