Hotel San Gallo, boasting an excellent position in the heart of Venice, lies only 50 metres from St. Mark's Square, a 5-minute walk from La Fenice Theatre and in close proximity to all of the city's major attractions.
Surrounding the property are several major Venetian streets, know as Calli, which are sure to charm visitors with their delightful, brightly-coloured shop windows (Calle dei Fabbri, Procuratie, Mercerie, Frezzeria, Calle Larga XXII Marzo, Rialto).
Also within close proximity to the hotel is one of the islands' most famous glassworks (still fully operational) which guests of the San Gallo Hotel can visit for free. The hotel also organises complimentary guided tours to one of the oldest glassworks on the island of Murano and island visits to Murano, Burano and Torcello.The property features 12 comfortable and beautifully appointed guestrooms decorated in typical Venetian style.
All rooms offer a private bathroom and come equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial phone, mini bar, safety deposit box and hairdryer.
Unfortunately, due to the configuration of the rooms, which are accessible by stairs only, the hotel is not suitable for physically challenged persons.
