Although small in size, the hotel, located on one of Venice's "ruga's - narrower and shorter than the rami and calle - the better known streets of Venice. The term crooked refers to the fact that the bridges connecting the city's land strips had to be adjusted to adapt to the calli (streets), never perfectly aligned with one another. This is due to the fact that the roads were originally conceived as access routes to launch boats out to sea.

Studio:
The first studio can host two-three people, with small double room, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, and kitchenette; the two-person studio features a 140-cm (55 inches) wide French-style double bed, instead of a 160-cm (63 inches) wide queen-size bed, kitchenette, and small bathroom.
Apartment in separate building:
Located approximately 50 meters away from the hotel, this apartment features an independent double room with an easily accessbile bathroom on the ground floor; a second unit is located on the first floor, featuring a double room, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and loft aparment with queen-size bed and sofa bed...
