Location
This new high tech hotel is ideally located in a quiet side street, very close to the Bridge of Sighs and The Doge's Palace. San Mark's Square is a couple of minutes walking distance. This is the heart of the city. The closest boat stop is San Zaccaria.

Rooms
Design rooms with modern comforts such as glass walls, plasma tv screens and internet ADSL access. Some rooms have king size bed. The rooms have been designed thinking of a delicate colour scheme that mix a pale blue with a light gray, white and cream colours, to create an elegant and sophisticated environment. The rooms and the bathrooms are small to medium in size.

Restaurant
There is no restaurant. Breakfast is taken at the sister hotel Casa Verado, located about 70 metres away. Breakfast room is made in one of the large, beautiful, salon of this historical residence.

Exterior
This hotel has opened in June 2006. It is a typical Venetian building in keeping with the surroundings.

Lobby
There is no lobby, only a stylish entrance furnished in modern style.

General
This is a very small property with only few rooms for whom is looking for a quiet but glamorous accommodation. Check in/out procedures and breakfast are made at the sister hotel Casa Verardo, 70 meters away, a 1600 century historical residence. A bit of modern and a taste of traditional styles. Excellent location and management.
