This is a superb apartment
(115m²) in a very central
position just a few minutes
from Piazza San Marco.
It is light, spacious,
elegant and very
comfortable, perfect for up
to four people as there is a
fabulous large sleeping
gallery with double sofa bed
as well as a classic double
bedroom, which can be twin
beds).
This apartment has been
newly refurbished by the
owner/architects, retaining
many original features of
the 15th century
construction such as
original beams and terrazzo
flooring, while adding many
ultra modern aspects such as
parquet flooring on the
gallery, wonderful lighting
and integral air
conditioning.
The apartment is only a few
minutes from the Danieli and
is close to excellent food
shops selling fresh
vegetables, delicatessen
type food and wines. The
water taxi can drop off only
30 metres from the house.
The apartment is on the
third floor, no lift. Good
views from the various
windows over the rooftops
and Venetian skyline.
