Both on the 3rd floor of a historical building with elevator, the larger apartment has two double bedrooms with bath, ample living room with kitchen, dining room and couches. 4 guests are comfortably housed in the apartment and have the privilege of overlooking the picturesque canal with a view of Venice's roofs from the apartment's panoramic covered roof terrace. The smaller apartment is a delightful one-room apartment, perfect for a couple seeking a romantic Venice vacation.

The loft, on two floors, has a beautiful living room with kitchenette, dining room and couch, two master bedrooms, one double bedroom and bath. The apartment is a bit smaller, with a master bedroom and couch bed in the living room. A kitchen and bath complete the apartment.

SCHIAVONI By plane From the Venice and Treviso airports, take the shuttles to Venice and get off in Piazzale Roma. Take ferry number 82 to the San Zaccaria stop (or take the Alilaguna motorboat from Venice airport dock to San Zaccaria). Follow the directions under by car/ferry number 82. By train Arrive at the Venice Santa Lucia train station and take ferry number 82 for San Zaccaria in front of the station. Follow the directions under by car/ferry number 82. By car From the highways follow directions for Venice. Park in Piazzale Roma (car and bus terminal) or Tronchetto (to the right after the Liberta bridge). Take ferry number 82 and get off at San Zaccheria. Turn right, cross the bridge and turn left in Calle della Pieta. Walk straight down calle Bosello and then down calle dei Greci. Turn right on Salizzada dei Greci, cross the bridge and turn left on fondamenta dei Furlani. At the end of the fondamenta, turn right on calle dei Furlani. You're here, the Venezia Residence apartments are at number 3267. SANTA CROCE E SAN POLO By plane From the Venice and Treviso airports, take the shuttles to Venice and get off at Piazzale Roma. Get off at the Ca' d'Oro stop. Follow the directions under by car/Ca d'Oro. By train Arrive at the Venice Santa Lucia train station and take ferry number 1 for Rialto in front of the station. Get off at the Ca' d'Oro stop. Follow the directions under by car/Ca d'Oro. By car From the highways follow directions for Venice. Park in Piazzale Roma (car and bus terminal) or Tronchetto (to the right after the Liberta bridge). Take ferry number 1 for Rialto and get off at the Ca' d'Oro stop. Follow the "calle" in front of the dock and turn left on Strada Nova. Turn right in corte dei Pali and go straight down calle Priuli which turns into calle de la Racchetta. After the Santa Caterina bridge, turn left, walk under the portico and you'll find us in the "campiello" at number 4951.
