Villa Franco’s exterior is

and solidity. Expecting the

one would, this property’s

fresh air, giving guests the
best of both architectural
worlds.
The 1,290 meter high Mount
Subasio stands between our
house and Assisi in Umbria’s
green heartland. Indeed,
Villa Franco is sited on the
side of a hill and it’s
surrounded by green wooded
hillsides and valleys - a
real Umbrian Eden!
Our two-floor house is ideal
for those wishing to live
the Umbrian ideal: close to
all the famous Umbrian towns
of Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio
and Todi, it would be a
great choice for a family
with children that vary in
ages, wishing to see why
this region is variously
called the "land of saints"
and "the green heart of
Italy."
Location
The town of Valtopina is two
kilometers away for most
necessary shops plus bank
and chemist. Electric gates
allow access to off-road
private parking and the
whole property is fenced in.
The furnished loggia with
barbecue overlooks the pool
which measures 10 x 5 x 1.4
metres deep. Inside
parquet floors abound and
the fixtures and fittings
are very modern and
comfortable. The pool is
viewable from the
sitting/dining room hence
children can easily be
supervised.
