Most conveniently situated in gorgeous countryside, this ground floor apartment is a mere three kilometres from Orvieto that can be seen in the vista perched on its hilltop. The building is a converted farmhouse where the owners live in a wing to the side and have designed this apartment for holiday visits. It is commodious accommodation for two people and in some places might have been converted to sleep many more. Exquisitely furnished it is surrounded by extensive gardens and there’s table tennis. The welcoming owners even share the produce of their vegetable garden in season with their guests. They also keep horses in stables some distance away.

Location
So rurally situated, yet this accommodation is an approximate ten-minute drive from the motorway that leads to all the historical and cultural towns and villages in this idyllic region. Road links head for the medieval towns of Assisi, Perugia, Todi and Spello, all steeped in art and history. There is also a train station in Orvieto and Rome and Florence each offer a great day out. The owners have supplied two mountain bikes so that guests may explore the undulating rural areas in the vicinity.

Entrance is into a very spacious and comfortable sitting/ dining room. The kitchen has cooking hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. A storage room also houses a washing machine. A mammoth, beautifully tiled bathroom has a bath and a shower cabinet, WC etc. The very attractive, large double-bedded room has doors into the garden.
