Of typically irregular shape, this delightful farmhouse has been restructured to make a fabulous home that will delights its visitors. No expense has been spared in the refurbishment, and the standard and quality of the fittings and equipment are of the highest calibre. All windows and doors are fitted with screens, the bathrooms are beautifully tiled, each bedroom leads on to a terrace or balcony to enjoy the vista and the kitchen is every cooks dream. The rooms are spacious, light and handsomely furnished. Set behind electronic gates, the pool is nicely positioned and nearby, within the grounds is a small cottage in which lives the single caretaker who is a member of the owners’ family. Attached to the Villa is a large, furnished, illuminated loggia terrace, ideal for dining outside.

Location
Marsciano is approximately five kilometres away for shopping. The area is ideal for exploring the most interesting cities in Umbria. Marsciano is the centre point of a circle surrounded by Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Deruta, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, (Umbria’s capital) and Todi. These intriguing, historical towns and cities are within fifteen to thirty-five kilometres. Florence in Tuscany and Rome can be reached within a couple of hours by car.

Entrance from the large terrace is into a spacious, well designed, sitting/dining room having an open fireplace. The kitchen/breakfast room is designed to have a cooking island with a large hob and oven. In addition is a wall micro-oven, American style fridge/freezer with ice-maker, waist high cooking fire and dishwasher. A games room has card table and full size billiard table. A small utility cloakroom with shower and WC etc. A laundry room has a washing machine. On the first floor are one double and one twin bedded room each with doors to a shared terrace and an adjacent shower room with WC etc. One double-bedded room has en suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath, WC etc, and doors to a small, private balcony. One twin bedded room has doors onto a spacious, private terrace and en suite shower room, WC etc. On the second floor is an enormous double-bedded room with doors to a small, private terrace and en suite shower room with WC etc. The bathrooms will be clened every Wednesday at no extra charge.
