This delightful estate, which dates to the early 1600's, is situated in Umbria close to Uncinano near Spoleto.  Today the farmhouse and its out buildings are noted for their cultural contribution to the town of Spoleto and the estate itself is a site of architectural interest. The recent renovations have not altered the original character of the buildings, so they are in keeping with their surroundings.

The farmhouse, which is owned by the family of the Colle Uncinano winery, has been divided into 9 fully equipped apartments - all of them with separate entrances.  The apartments can be rented separately or in various combinations or the entire property can be rented as a single villa.  The property features a large garden area with fenced in pool.  There is a common dining room for group meals and a lounge open to all quests.

Apartment sizes range from studio types for 1 to 2 people and apartments with 2 bedrooms and sofa beds capable of accommodating up to 6 people.

The Molino Antico estate is perfectly located for explorations of the Umbria region.  A little to the south is the ancient city of Spoleto, a little north is the Sagrantino wine area with its principal cities of Montefalco, Bevagna, Castel Ritaldi and others.  Perugia, Assisi, Spello and Foligno are an easy drive as are Todi, Orvieto, Narni and Trevi.

Summer rentals are usually be the week, but apartments can be rented for shorter periods in the off-season.
