| Description |
The Melograno agriturismo is situated on a high Umbrian hilltop near both Assisi and Perugia with commanding views of the local countryside. The old farm buildings have been complete renovated and restored to offer just a few guests at a time, a quiet place to stay while they discovery Umbria, or make forays into nearby Tuscany.The owners take particular pride in their restaurant which offers some of the best country cooking in the Region. All ingredients - vegetables, meats, breads and pastrys, dairy products, olive oils, vinegars and wines - are purchased locally and used fresh on a daily basis. Many of the meat dishes use meat that is roasted on an open wood fire.
