Casa Fontanelle, whose name recalls the traditional richness of water of this area, is located on the slopes of Mount Solare and offers wonderful views of the underlying valley of the river Nestore.

On three floors, and built of local stone, it is formed by two wings that look out onto an inner courtyard and are united by a loggia on the first floor and an arch on the ground floor under which the farmers used to pass with their carts.

At the centre of the courtyard, paved in local terracotta tiles, there is an ancient olive tree, symbol of our estate. This farmhouse is divided into five apartments, each named after a local species of olive tree.

There is also a large common room, with a fireplace, kitchen and bathroom, suitable for parties, meetings or seminars. A vegetable garden, with vegetables and herbs and fruit trees will be available for the guests. In summer 2008 a 6m x 12 m swimming pool will be ready, together with a barbecue and outdoor dining spaces.

• Il Raggio - 85 sq m, sleeps 4+1, on 2 floors.
  
  The apartment, on two floors, is particularly spacious and bright. The ground floor is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, a living room with sofa bed and a fireplace made of old bricks and a beam recovered from the original construction, and a large, live-in kitchen.  A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower are on the first floor.  There is a small terrace paved in hand-made local terracotta and a small private garden, which are ideal for eating outdoors.
   

• Il Leccino - 40 sq m, sleeps 2+1, accessible for the disabled.
  
  This apartment is on the ground floor, with entrance from the courtyard on one side and view onto the valley below on the other. It is accessible for disabled. It is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a totally-equipped kitchen.
   

• La Rosciola - 42 sq m, sleeps 2+1, accessible for the disabled.
  
  This apartment is adjacent to Il Leccino, and is also accessible for disabled. Entrance is on the ground floor, from the courtyard, the apartment has views of the valley below.  It is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace built with bricks and a wooden beam recovered from the original construction, and a totally-equipped kitchen.
   

• Il Moraiolo - 40 sq m, sleeps 2+1.
  
  This apartment is on the first floor, entrance is from the loggia. It has wonderful views of the valley below. It is composed of one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a fully-furnished kitchenette.
   

• Il Frantoio - 75 sq m, sleeps 4+1.
  
  This spacious apartment is on the first floor, with entrance from the loggia, opposite Il Moraiolo. There are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with an ample shower), a comfortable living room with sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a complete kitchen .
