The property includes the ancient Farmhouse recently restored and transformed into 5 wonderful apartments of different sizes, all extremely comfortable and fitted with ancient country furniture.
Soon near the Farmhouse an elegant swimming-pool is at guests' disposal with a shady equipped veranda and surrounded by a garden on English ancient roses and a field of olive trees, by which the Fiumi produce an excellent organic extravirgin olive oil. The pool has a fantastic view towards the tufa cliffs of Orvieto.

The estate belongs to the ancient noble family Fiumi di Sterpeto originating from Assisi, who moved to Orvieto in the past centuries. The owner's grandmother, Maria Luisa Fiumi, in the 30's a famous poetess and writer of poems about Umbria, St. Francis of Assisi and the history of the important painter Luca Signorelli, lived here in the Villa Monteporzano, where she met international personalities of culture.
