Casabianca, a truly
beautiful country house
dating back to the 15th
century, lies on the border
between Tuscany and Umbria.
A gravel road leads up to
the property which is
secluded but not remote,
lying on a hill overlooking
the beautiful Tuscan
countryside and being
embraced by soft rolling
Umbrian hills, olive grown
terraces, vineyards, oak and
chestnut forests.
We offer our guests a
peaceful, comfortable,
special and memorable
holiday. We feel that the
relaxed atmosphere at
Casabianca has a very
soothing effect on who is
staying here. You can find
tranquility and peace here.
Nature trails invite you to
explore the surrounding
hills on foot or by bike.
The restoration of the house
was supervised by the owner
taking great care of
preserving the traditional
architecture and
construction and fusing it
with modern life comfort.
Wooden beams and ceiling
tiles date back to the
origins of the Villa.
L'Arco Apartment
The ground floor, the former
stable of the Casabianca
complex, is a self-contained
apartment with a private
entrance. It consists of one
master bedroom, one twin
bedroom, one bathroom and
one dining-living-room with
cooking unit. The bathroom
has a shower-cabin and is
tiled with hand-made tiles,
as is the kitchen section.
Traces in the wall where a
hand-driven oil press stood,
remind of the various tasks
and activities practiced in
old times. Outside a pergola
covered with wisteria and a
big private sun-terrace
invite you to enjoy outdoor
life. From here you can
enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
