This modern, well appointed villa is located in the north west corner of Tuscany, by the village of Peralta and the larger town of Camaiore and Lido Camaiore. It is secluded and private, but a great place from which to do day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Carrara (where Michaelangelo got his marble) and a good base camp for explorations of the art cities of Florence and Siena. It is also less than one hour's drive from the the Cinque Terre area of Liguria.
It is quiet, and the scent of lemon, jasmine and purple bougainvillea waft through the air. The pool is set into a unique rock enclosure, and the views are of the rolling foothills of the Apuan Alps, and the forests of a small national park. It is high enough off the plain to be cooler in the summer than other areas.
The villa is furnished like an authentic Italian home, with a mixture of comfortable contemporary pieces and pretty antiques. It is the owners personal holiday home. Downstairs there's a double living room with three sofas (one converts into a double bed), fireplace, card table and satellite TV Computer with internet connection ; as well as a modern eat-in kitchen with full stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and cookware.
Upstairs are a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and two bathrooms with shower ( total three bathrooms inside ) and one more Shower outside in the area swimming pool . The house has central heating throughout.

- Swimming-pool: Meter 8,50 x 5
Your family is bound to spend time enjoying the garden, which has a table and chairs, sun lounges, an outdoor shower and a wood-burning oven that can be used for pizza or for barbecuing.
The village of Peralta is a bit off the beaten track so it is not heavily touristed, giving visitors a chance to kick-back with Italians in a more natural environment.
