Villa Pedone is a beautiful Tuscan villa of the 18th century, situated not far from the ancient city of Lucca. The Villa rental is positioned in the countryside around Lucca, on a beautiful hillside dominating ancient vineyards and olive groves, in an area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth.

The villa is set in 6 acres and sleeps up to 16 people. It has been recently renovated in order to bring together modern comforts with the original architectural features and antique furnishings. It is fully furnished and surrounded by a private, Italian garden. Villa Pedone also offers a private 5 x 10m swimming-pool, directly accessible from the house.

The entrance is a large hall area, then there are two living rooms (one with bar and game-table), a large dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen which opens on an outside dining area by the pool and a small bathroom.

First Floor

There is a large dining area, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom (with jacuzzi), two twin bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and another large bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Second Floor

There is a large living room, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms (with showers), to twin bedrooms and a large bathroom (with bath tub and shower).
