This holiday villa that dominate two gentle hills with 360° degree views of rolling hills that spread as far as the eye can see. Villa Monte 1 offer all the modern comforts and have been decorated respecting the traditional style of the time maintaining intact its original architectural features. This villa has its own private pool in a beautiful panoramic position.

The Ground Floor of the villa features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a raised fireplace. The elegant dining area opens onto a garden through French doors. The living room features a fireplace and there is also a separate TV room. Downstairs also features 2 rooms with twin beds and one bathroom with a shower. Upstairs features 5 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms offer queen size beds and one room offers twin beds. From this floor, access the tower, which features windows all-around. The tower features a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The annex, which has been renovated from the old barn, sits only 6 meters from the villa and is rented only with the villa. It offers additional accommodation, perfect for children!
