The Villa Laurea is a 19th century detached villa just restored with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is spacious and comfortable with its three floors and it has a very large terrace and a private garden that guests will enjoy. the terrace is provided with tables and chairs for 12 people. there are also sun loungers and bikes are included inthe price.

LOCATION. It is located in San Concordio less than 1 km away from the walled historic centre of Lucca where you can easily walk or cycle to. Some bikes are provided. Supermarket, Grocery stores, pastries, bars and cafes are all within a short walking distance both outside and inside the Wall. San Concordio isn't an important area from an historic or artistic point of view but it is very convenient as everything you may need is near.
 

Train station is a few steps from the villa's front door. Car Parking available.

The Weekly Rate includes the rent of the property, agency's fee, taxes in accordance with Italian law, bed linens, bath towels, hot/cold water, final cleaning, electricity, bikes. The weekly rate does not include central heating.

Payment Details: Deposit 30% upon booking, Balance is due 45 days before arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
