 The villa Irma sits in front of the sea with an entrance on the seaside road. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and there is parking for several cars and a great barbecue on a side. There is a a wonderful heated pool and excellent terrace which is is perfect for catching some sun. 

You can easily walk into the beautiful sea-side town of Forte dei Marmi, along the Lungo Mare.  From the very centre of the town, which spreads along the beach, the Villa is only 2.5 KM.

The village of Cinquale is at about 500 mts. where there is a boat harbour. The golf club in Forte dei Marmi is about 5 Kms and one of the best bathing establishments (Lidos)  of all Versilia named “Henderson” is in front of the Villa.  Seaside games for children, diving equipment, paddle boats and other play activities are available for children and adults alike. 

Layout
Ground Floor: you enter in a large living – dining area , you find also a large kitchen with dishwasher and a table with chairs. There is a large king size, a kids room with a bunk bed and an extra bed, these two bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and shower.

From the living area there is a stair that leads to the first floor. There you find two king size bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and the other one with an outside bathroom with shower. Both rooms have their own terrace with seas view.

From the living room you find also another stair that brings you to the basement where there is a room with computer & internet (ISDN) and a small room with washing machine and a small bathroom. There is an extra single bedroom .
