This three floor Villa, that can accommodate up to 13 people, is completely self-contained for a self-catering vacation, sleeping a total of 13.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor of villa there is a large living room with several doors onto the gardens, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large fire place, a billiard room with another fireplace and a small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide range of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee) and a bathroom with shower. A utility room is equipped with washer, dryer, and iron. There is a separate area where guests can work at a lap-top in comfort and quiet. |
First Floor:
On the first floor of the Villa there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower and bathtube (one of these is a jacuzzi). There is a twin bedroom with bathroom ,shower and bath tube, and another twin bedroom with a fabulous terrace which looks out onto the swimming pool. |
Second Floor:
On the second floor of Villa there are one double bedroom with bathroom, shower and bathtube and one three single beds rooms with bathroom with shower. There is a large recreation room with separate spa dry sauna and shower, separate gym and private body treatment area. |

Villa Farneta, furnished with precious antique furnishings from the 18th and 19th centuries, is an elegant Italian villa from the 17th century. The surrounding property is part garden, part olive and cypress grove and part woods. It lies in the green hills surrounding Lucca (Tuscany) and provides an ideal environment for relaxation while offering every modern convenience.
The Villa with swimming pool is located in a panoramic position looking on the old Farneta Abbey (near Lucca) and it is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodlands.The completely enclosed garden has ancient trees and delightful Mediterranean plants, a 6x12 mt. swimming-pool for guests' exclusive use, and various spacious well-equipped areas for relaxation and for romantic dinners by candlelight.
In the garden there are a lot of comfortable sofas, a ping pong table and a corner with toys for kids. All the equipment necessary for the kids are at the guests disposal. |
