Vigna dei Frati is a small

in the beautiful countryside
of the Etruscan coast, near
Cecina and Casale Marittimo.
The beach is only 10 km of
distance and the village of
Casale Marittimo is only 500
meters away, where you can
find shops and restaurant.
This little charming villa
is surrounded by a large
garden (ca. 1500 m2 ) with
beautiful olive and fruit
trees. The garden is really
beautiful, coloured by
flowers and quiet. The view
from the garden to the coast
and the islands of the
Tuscan archipelago is
breathtaking, especially
during the sunset. However
you may enjoy the sunset
also from the large and
beautiful terrace (ca. 25
m2) of the villa, where you
can relax drinking a glass
of good local wine while
preparing your barbecue.
The villa is tasteful

equipped. Double bedroom,
