The Residence I Colli, with just 14 apartments, is housed in a 19th century villa, the Villa Pignatti Morano built in 1865 when Florence was the capital of Italy. It is located just outside Porta Romana in a quiet residential area a short bus ride or walk from the main tourist areas of the city.The 14 self-catering apartments have been recently restored and renovated. The furnishings are comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant.s shorter than a week.
Apartments
There are 2 types of apartments:
- Studio - no living room, double or twin, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with either bath or shower.
- Superior apartment - living room with sofa bed, double bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with either bath or shower.
Cottages
In addition to the apartments the Residence I Colli also features 3 cottages on the estate:
- Standard cottage - double or twin, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with either bath or shower.
- Superior cottage - living room with sofa bed, double bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with either bath or shower.
