La Pieve di San Martino is a tiny and peaceful village sitting on a private estate in the midst of the Chianti wine region.  The village was built around a still functioning Romanesque church that dates to the early 13th century.

Members of the Pineschi family, who own the estate , are on hand ensure that you are well looked after in one, some or all of the four apartments in the buildings surrounding the church.  Each is a separate, private structure and all of them have been wonderfully restored and tastefully refurbished.

Guests will enjoy the gardens and terraces with their commanding views of the local countryside, and the pool.
