The Hotel Villa Kinzica was established over sixty years ago in an imposing mid-18th-century villa. Situated a literal stone’s throw away from the famous leaning tower, the hotel allows you to immerse yourself immediately in the wonderful atmosphere of this compact, culture-rich city.
Thanks to its fabulous location, the hotel is very well-served by transport links, making it exceptionally easy to reach. Pisa Airport is but a 10-minute taxi ride away, while the north and south motorway exits for the city are just 2 and 3 kilometers away respectively.
Rooms
Rooms are medium in size and with sober and basic furniture. Most rooms benefits from view on leaning Tower and Basilica. All 34 rooms are air-conditioned (only from June to October), with colour TV and direct dial phone. Bathrooms are in need of renovation.
Exterior
Old completely renovated Italian villa dated back to XVIII century. It is located in a small square and a restaurant is annex on a side of the ground floor.
Lobby
The lobby is medium in size, with pastel decors and wooden reception desk. Some original features are still well preserved as the original fireplace and few pieces of antiques.

Traditional hotel at just few hundred metres from Leaning Tower. Car parking and garage are available nearby.
