The Fattoria House is a large and comfortable apartment within the Capezzana estate consisting of:
- kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine
- two small living rooms and seven bedrooms
- of which four with en-suite bathroom

In each room there are twin beds which may be united to make a double.
