Perched on the top of a hill the Villa's private gates are just a few steps away from the "Piazzetta Giusti", the famous village square that many tourists come to visit its little shops, bars, and restaurants, and where dining outdoors in the square is a must. The villa is surrounded by a large well-maintained garden with breathtaking views.

The garden boasts several sitting areas including a veranda, deck chairs, and two dining tables making it easy to enjoy outdoor living. There is even an outdoor shower. The owners have recently refurbished the entire villa and furnished it with many collectibles from their trips abroad giving the home a chic but ethnic feel. The walls have been painted in strong colorful tints giving an extra special touch to this already unique home. Arriving at the villa there is private parking. Two cars can be parked in front of the villa gates. Entering the ground floor of the villa there is a small sitting room with a fireplace and French windows that look onto the garden, a television room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen is just off of the veranda making dining outdoors an easy task. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove top, and an electric oven.

Also on the first floor is the main entrance and the very large living room with several comfortable white couches and chairs, and a fireplace. There is also a mini bar off of the living room. On this floor there is a small bathroom that has a toilet and a sink. An elevator takes you from the ground floor to the first and second floor.

The second floor has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which two are ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub with a handheld shower head.

From the second floor there is a staircase leading up to the third floor where there are two more double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. One of the bedrooms also has an extra sitting room with a couch and chairs. There are several small balconies off some of the bedrooms and there are views from the entire house of the rolling Tuscan countryside.
