The Azienda is a large farm (nearly 500 Hectares), which breeds pigs for the production of some of Tuscany's finest sausages and meat products, sits in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany, near the small, walled city of Monteriggioni.

There are two Tuscan style villas on the farm, about 1 km apart that have been carefully restored and refurbished to offer guests a comfortable and quiet retreat in the country.  They are great value for budget minded visitors to Italy.

Both structures have two self-catering apartments which can be rented separately or together.  Guests of the Colombaio apartments can use the pool at Podere Palazzo, about 1 km distant.

Podere Palazzo:

  • Apt 2502 - sleeps 4 - 2 double rooms , living room with cooking corner, bathroom. First floor.
     

  • Apt 2503 - sleeps 4 - 2 double rooms, living room with cooking area, bathroom. First floor.

Colombaio:

  • Apt 2505 - sleeps 4 - living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, WC.
     

  • Apt 2505 - sleeps 6-8 - living room with cooking area, 3 double bedrooms.  Two single beds can be added to one of the rooms to form a quad room. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower.
