The San Martino
apartment is an
elegant and
spacious (around
200 square
meters) vacation
flat on the
second floor of
an old palazzo
located in the
heart of the
historic centre
of Lucca. The
building is
centrally
located between
the two squares
of San Giovanni
Church and the
San Martino
Cathedral. Both
the impressive
churches can be
admired from the
apartment’s
windows.
The apartment
has two queen
bedrooms and a
twin bedroom.
Each bedroom has
en-suite
bathroom with a
shower
enclosure. Not
all the
bathrooms have a
bidet. Each room
has been
provided with an
air conditioning
unit and each
unit can be used
separately. The
apartment is
also provided
with dishwasher,
washing/dryer
machine,
microwave,
satellite
television, cd
player and any
other modern
comfort you may
need.
Amenities:
There is a small
lift leading you
from the first
level (after you
walked up 22
steps) to the
second level.
The front door
and the main
entrance on the
street level are
very well kept
and preserved
with extreme
care.
The apartment
has been just
restored and
furnished. Works
on the property
have taken a
very long time
but now the
owner and I are
proud to offer
our guests a
very high
standard
apartment.
Ceilings are
decorated from
the past; floors
are original
from the
beginning of
20th century.
Furniture has
been chosen with
extreme taste.
Colours on the
walls, painting
on the ceilings
and antique
furniture create
a very
sophisticated
setting. The
apartment is
absolutely
quiet.
In the San
Giovanni Church
once or twice a
week concerts
about GIACOMO
PUCCINI are
held. Antique
market is held
in both San
Giovanni and San
Martino square
every third
week-end of
every month;
arts and crafts
market is held
in the San
Giovanni square
the last
week-end of
every month. And
in September
when we
celebrate our
Saint Patron in
the night of the
13th the Duomo
San Martino
apartment is a
very prestigious
location to
admire the Night
of Lights and
the Procession..
Train station
and bus station
are within a
short walking
distance.
The Weekly Rate
includes the
rent of the
property,
agency's fee,
taxes in
accordance with
Italian law, bed
linens, bath
towels, hot/cold
water, final
cleaning,
electricity,
wi-fi, final
cleaning. The
weekly rate does
not include air
co & central
heating. Payment
Details: Deposit
30% upon
