The Apartment Piazza Fatinelli enjoys a privileged position in a quiet area within the historical center of Lucca, one of Tuscany's most interesting cities.  The apartment is located 5 minutes walking distance from just about everything the city has to offer.

The large window from the lounge overlooks the famous Guinigi Tower, an enduring symbol of the city.  Guests can use the reserved parking lot in front of the entrance of the building, which is very rare in Lucca!

Inside the apartment you will find all the amenities you may need for a perfect stay (fan, microwave, toaster, boiler, washing machine, dishwasher, internet USB Key, etc).

The apartment Corte Fatinelli is on second floor (not elevator) and is comprised of

• a queen bed on the loft

• a second bedroom with two single beds

• and one on the loft (with vertical stairs)

• a third bedroom with a single bed and an other single bed on the loft (vertical stairs).
   

There is also a large living room with fireplace (where you can see the Guinigi tower), the fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. 

There is also a small balcony accessible from the 3rd bedroom. Finally, there is a parking lot inside the building reserved for guests.

The streets and the surroundings of the apt. are full of restaurants and nice wine bars, groceries and typical little shops. The city is very quite at night inside the walls as the night life is all outside the walls.

The apartment consists of a loft with a queen bed, a second bedroom on a loft with two single beds accessible by a ladder and a third bedroom with a single bed.  There is another single bed in the loft.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with wood burning fire place and small balcony.
