Angelo Nobile is
an old 13th
century building
located in the
heart of the
historical
centre of Lucca
on the corner
between Via
dell'Angelo
Custode and
Piazza Santa
Maria
Forisportam. It
is only a short
walk away from
the impressive
ancient city
walls which
surround the
historical part
of Lucca.
The Nobile
apartment, which
lies on the
first floor (25
steps from the
front door in
the street) has
been called the
Noble Floor
Apartment. This
is due to the
fact that in the
past only the
Noble Class, the
Aristocracy,
could live on
the first floor.
The Noble Floor
is a very
elegant and very
large vacation
flat which with
its 240 square
meters makes
your stay
absolutely
comfortable. The
ceilings are
particularly
high and are
still originally
decorated; the
floors are
marble and
wooden; all the
rooms are very
spacious with
elegant and
antique
furniture. In
despite of this
the apartment
has been
provided with
every modern
comfort which
you may need
from satellite
Tv to high speed
internet access.
On the walls
fine pictures by
Ezio Ricci. You
probably have
never heard
about him. He is
the owner's
grandfather and
excellent
exponent of the
1900 art. All
the guests fall
in love with his
pictures.
The Noble
Apartment is
composed of
Bedrooms are as
follows: two
double bedrooms
with queen-size
bed. One of the
two double
bedrooms has an
open fire place
and a little
balcony
overlooking the
Santa Maria
Church.
The two other
bedrooms are
twin each with
two single beds
but which can be
put together if
you wish. On the
upper level
there is a large
attic floor with
a laundry and
storage area.
Some bicycles
are at your
complete
disposal and
included in the
price.
At the Angelo
Nobile there are
three apartments
which you can
rent for your
holidays: the
Ground Floor (3
steps), the
Noble Floor (25
steps) and the
Third floor (70
steps).
All the three
apartments can
be rented
together to
accommodate a
very large
group... up to
20 people!
The Weekly Rate
includes the
rent of the
property,
agency's fee,
taxes in
accordance with
Italian law, bed
linens, bath
towels, hot/cold
water, final
cleaning,
electricity,
high speed
internet, bikes.
The weekly rate
does not include
central heating
and telephone
used.
Payment Details:
Deposit 30% upon
booking,
Remainder 45
days in advance
if later. Visa and Mastercard are
accepted.
