In the 1960s there was a famous Italian singer called Adamo. And yes, you’ve guessed it, this is the villa that Adamo built - a unique stylish house like no other - dominating a small piazza 20 metres from the sea. Three high arches straddle its beautiful terrace that looks out over a panorama of sea, a classic view that is duplicated from most of its other rooms. Marina di Ragusa is a genteel resort equipped with a plethora of shops, bars, restaurants as well as the more essential outlets like banks and chemists. Its centre is within walking distance of Villa Adamo.

Location
The house is enclosed by walls and hedges and may be viewed as two parts in one. The main part is behind the central and right hand arches of the terrace sleeping 4 people. The other part, which is self-contained, is behind the left hand arch and sleeps one or two people. Parking is in the side driveway. There is a swimming pool but this is disused and fenced off. Small illuminated front garden. Wide lavishly furnished terrace with sea views.

Layout

Entrance into the main part and seating area. Steps up to a kitchen equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge and sink. Access to outside kitchen and dining area with barbecue. Two double bedded rooms, one with sea view, the other with en-suite shower room, WC etc. One shower room, WC etc. Washing machine. Left hand entrance to villa’s other part and sitting room with open fireplace. Small kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge and sink. Bedroom with French-size bed for one or two people. Shower room, WC etc. Air-conditioning at extra cost.

The following charges apply which are payable by you depending on the date we receive notice of the cancellation: a. Up to 56 days before departure specified on the confirmation invoice, the requisite deposit(s) together with applicable payment for APEX or PEX flights, and any relevant cancellation charges made by other carriers. b. Between 55 and 14 days of departure a charge of 50% of the holiday cost and full payments of flights, and other charges as set out in 6a. c. Less than 14 days prior to departure, the cancellation charge is 100%.
