This air conditioned farm apartment is one of 3 located about 1 kilometer from the centre of the Sicilian town of Floridia and about 10 kilometers from Syracuse.  The farm is a calm oasis  surrounded by citrus plantations.

The Cuore di Palme has been built in white Mediterranean style, and is surrounded by many palms, many of which offer shade to the swimming pool.

The Cuore di Palme Terrace is a studio apartment on the first floor of the main house near the pool.  The main difference with the other apartments at the estate is the privacy, because the "Terrace" has a wide external area all around the apartment which is accesible only by its guests.

From the terrace it is possible to enjoy the view of the Floridia's mountains in one side, and the sea far away in the other side; then if you look down you can see the swimming pool and all the garden.

It's a studio, with a sharing wall between the "day area" and the "night area". In the kitchen you find some furniture of the ancient aristocratic from Syracuse, in this area there is a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd sleep. In the other part a wide double bed, wardrobe, and the bathroom is with shower.
