A garden, naturally shaded by palms and pines, serves up the lush greenery surrounding this house, that is slightly Spanish in style. A detached, single-storey house, all cool white plastered walls, hidden away behind exotic plants in a residential area, and yet a mere 100 metres from Costa Rei’s beautiful beach, its shops and restaurants - an easy walk by any standard.

In fact either of the bay’s glorious white sandy beaches, of which there are no less than four, between Capo Ferrato and Cala Pira, are close by. They form a continuous beach 8 kilometers long - one of the longest stretches of unbroken sandy beach in Sardinia - so, if it’s a beach holiday you’re looking for, look no further! The house is ideal for a family, who require the sea on their doorstep.

Parking nearby. The garden and L-shaped covered veranda accessed through arches, with barbecue, are ideal for outside dining. Outside shower.

The cost for the washing machine is Euro 50 per week. 

Late arrivals after 20:00 are charged at Euro 25 payable locally.
