Be the envy of your fellow Costa
Rei villa-renters and be the
only ones with a pool! That’s
right, Villa Giacu is the only
villa around with its own pool,
and a lovely swimming pool it is
too: kidney-shaped, furnished
and measuring a good sized 10m x
5.7 m. All set in a totally
enclosed lawned garden of palms,
shrubs and cacti.
Despite all this botanical
exotica, Villa Giacu is right in
the centre of things, being in
the centre of town. This means
shops, restaurants, bars, and
essentials such as banks and
chemists, are all a very short
distance away. The house itself
is something to crow about as
well - detached, single storey
and comfortable, it’s a
reasonable size for six people.
Location
Swimming pool depths are 1m x
2m. Barbecue and outside
shower. Costa Rei beach is 200
metres away hence that too is a
short walk. Private parking
behind gates. Air conditioning
available (at extra cost).
Layout
Ground floor:
Sitting/dining room with open
fireplace.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer,
hob, oven and microwave oven.
WC
with washing machine (payable
locally).
Upper level:
Two
double bedded rooms.
One
twin bedded room.
Shower room with WC, etc.
Arrivals on 9th August
2008 must be for a minimum two
week stay.
Cost of hiring a cot is
Euro 50 per week payable
locally.
A late arrival fee after
20:00 hours is Euro 25 payable
locally.

time of arrival at least five
days prior to arrival.
